To measure head circumference for a hat, follow these steps:

1. 1. Take a flexible tape measure or a piece of string and wrap it around your head, about 1 cm (or 0.4 inches) above your ears. Make sure that the tape or string is at the widest part of your head, which is typically just above your eyebrows.
